These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chatter platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Chatter, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview
Chatter (“Chatter”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a customer communication and CRM platform that enables businesses to manage conversations, automate workflows, and engage with customers across multiple messaging channels. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Chatter platform.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to: • Send spam, unsolicited, or bulk messages that violate messaging platform policies • Conduct illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities • Distribute harmful or malicious content • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform • Access the system using unauthorized methods Chatter reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Third-Party Messaging Platforms
Chatter integrates with external communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other messaging services. These services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own policies and terms of service. Chatter is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, service interruptions, or policy changes imposed by these external platforms. Users are responsible for complying with the policies of the messaging channels they connect to Chatter.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that: • Subscription fees will be billed according to the selected plan • Payments must be made according to the agreed billing cycle • Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Services Unless otherwise stated, subscription payments are non-refundable.
6. Data Ownership
Businesses using Chatter retain ownership of the customer communication data stored within the platform. Chatter processes this data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Services.
7. Data Security and Access
Chatter implements security measures designed to protect customer data, including encrypted data transmission and secure infrastructure. Customer communication data stored within the platform belongs to the business using Chatter. Chatter does not access or review customer communication data except when necessary to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations. Access to system data is restricted through internal security controls.
8. Platform Availability
Chatter strives to maintain reliable platform availability and performance. However, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and Chatter does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from: • Use or inability to use the Services • Platform interruptions or technical issues • Third-party service disruptions • Unauthorized access to user accounts or data
10. Termination
Chatter may suspend or terminate access to the Services if users violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the platform or other users. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to the Services
Chatter may modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the Services at any time in order to improve the platform.
12. Changes to These Terms
Chatter may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
